When listening to your podcast and the section regarding your experience in Russia. A Big black crow apppeared, cawing so intently there for 10 minutes, or so, whole body in movement to get his message out. until I had to finally leave. When I looked back he had vanished. What a message of the change in vibration that is being offered to us and brought now to our time!
