We accept Visa, MasterCard®, American Express and PayPal. Our shop uses Paypal to process your credit card payment. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to complete your payment and can use the Paypal Guest Checkout if you prefer. After you have supplied your order detail to us during checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to fill in your financial details and finalise your payment, then will be returned to our site.
We ship goods from Australia or the United States, if you are based there. If you are purchasing an item that requires shipping, you will be asked to enter your shipping location during checkout to attain an adjusted cost including shipping. Items shipped within the US are delivered via Priority Mail with tracking and arrive within 10 business days. Items shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post Express Mail with tracking and arrive within three business days. Items are shipped to other countries via Australia Post without tracking and generally arrive within 10 days depending on your location.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after purchasing a product. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt or invoice.
