The Cafeteria: The Gemini Solar Eclipse June 2021
The whole world is our dining room, but be careful: it is also our garbage can. Ashleigh Brilliant
There are people who so arrange their lives as to only feed themselves on side dishes. Ortegy y Gassett
He looked at me as if I was a side dish he hadn’t ordered. Ring Lardner
At a dinner party one should eat wisely but not too well, and talk well but not too wisely. William Somerset Maugham
It is not enough to offer a smorgasbord of courses. We must insure that students are not just eating at one end of the table. A. Bartlett Giamatti
Appetite comes with eating; the more one has, the more one would have. French proverb
There are many of us who cannot but feel dismal about the future of various cultures. Often it is hard not to agree that we are becoming culinary nitwits, dependent upon fast foods and mass kitchens and megavitamins for our basically rotten nourishment. M.F.K. Fisher
Gemini’s new Moon is an annular solar eclipse. You can read up about it here. Occurring on June 10, this eclipse is a big one, even if it’s not a total solar eclipse, as it has a lot of hallmarks of Neptune, Saturn and Uranus and Pluto (not to mention the nodes).
We are just coming out of the last week of Mars and Pluto being in opposition. Mars was on Cancer 27: A FURIOUS STORM IN A CANYON FILLED WITH VALUABLE HOMES when it was in opposition to Pluto, and, we are still experiencing this opposition as we go into and out of the eclipse – it’s still occurring.
We also have Saturn and Uranus moving into a tighter square with each other, pushing us to change those things that aren’t working in our lives, to get rid of the nonessentials, and, for many, to address where we compromise ourselves (and, possibly others) around issues to do with staying versus leaving and working through what is our responsibility compared to the responsibilities of others.
Mercury and Neptune are also in a square aspect as Mercury went retrograde in a tight square with Neptune. This can bring about some confusion, also, we can be sifting through what’s real and what isn’t, what’s true and what is deception, what is useful versus what is just a false flag or detour on our journey.
Venus moves into a square with Chiron soon after this eclipse, bringing up stories in our lives that may have caused hurt, or, just led us astray, perhaps questioning relationships and values along the way. We would do well to remember to analyse the stories that we tell ourselves as against what is truly real and worth pursuing or continuing with.
We also are heading into a strong retrograde period: Mercury, Saturn and Pluto are currently retrograde, and soon Jupiter and Neptune will also be retrograde. This can give us a good opportunity to look back, to make more sense of what’s going on in order to see how things have arrived to where we are.
The nodes are highlighting Symbols that have to do with health and our understanding of our body and it’s needs and wants, and, we may have a sense that we need to be more careful or attentive to our health. The south node Symbol speaks about our physical body and it’s needs, and, the north node speaks of entering new territory – it can speak of the desire, the need, the opportunity perhaps, of travel. This speaks directly (in many countries) of the perceived need to be vaccinated in order to travel. It seems certain that travel is going to be curtailed for the vast majority, particularly as one of the aims of those directing what’s going on are saying that they are pushing for zero carbon emissions by 2030. We can’t be flying across the world and having zero emissions, that just won’t work. So, without wanting to get too political here (I have not bought politics into these newsletters before now and don’t want to stir things up), but, the stated aim (easy to discover and see) is to stop most travel, so, we need to really think whether travel is a good reason to have the vaccination.
Having said all of that, the main thing from my perspective that this solar eclipse is about is supply chains. The CAFETERIA speaks of having one’s needs met. What we’re facing is inflation, and, we’re also facing some serious shortages in that measure. Here in Australia, for example, building supplies are dwindling, and, I’ve heard of people having fights over buying timber at hardware stores because there’s such little supply (notice that the Symbol for Jupiter speaks of ‘wood’). Of course, the supply of wood is not an immediate problem for many people reading this, however, this is likely to extend to many other supply chains: We could find many shortages in the months ahead, and, price rises on just about everything (I’m seeing this in the supermarkets that I frequent).
The Cafeteria speaks about having our needs met in an easy and accessible fashion. This being an eclipse, we may find that those things that we want are either too expensive, not available, or, out of our reach (toilet paper being the least of them ;) ). To further explain: I see 19+ of mutable signs to be about food and it’s supply (not only food, all those things that we need from the supermarket – from the ‘marketplace’) =
Gemini 20: A CAFETERIA
Pisces 20: A TABLE SET FOR AN EVENING MEAL (this is not only about having food on the table, it can also speak of the ability to pay rent or a mortgage, to be able to have family and friends around, etc) Many are eating alone.
Sagittarius 20: IN WINTER PEOPLE CUTTING ICE FROM A FROZEN POND, FOR SUMMER USE (refrigeration, planning ahead, freezing supplies, can be a lack of savings or foresight).
Virgo 20: A CARAVAN OF CARS HEADED FOR PROMISED LANDS (trucking food and other supplies – of course, it can mean many other things as well, but I see it in this grand cross as being about trucks and supply chains).
Further to this, last year, (through December and January in particular) Neptune was squaring the nodes on these degrees (all were there with the exception of the Virgo degree). And, people started talking about food shortages. Along with issues to do with the supply of food, naturally we have issues to do with income and the availability of funds to buy those things that we need.
So, with the eclipse on this degree, we would do well to assess how we fulfil our needs and what sustains us, and, what will sustain us into the future.

The following is my interpretation from my book The Sabian Oracle: 360 Degrees of Wisdom – Gemini 20: A CAFETERIA WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF CHOICES
Commentary: ‘A Cafeteria’ is shown which has ‘an Abundance of Choices’. We are very lucky in this modern age that everything is laid out for us so easily and so temptingly. There are all sorts of foods available, and we have only to reach out and take them. There are sometimes so many choices that it can be hard to make up one’s mind. Also, each has its price. The ‘Cafeteria’ is different from the a-la-carte restaurant–everything that is on display is available instantly. This can mean that what is available is not necessarily the best quality, but it is ready for use and consumption straight away. There is no time lost in preparing food—it’s all there in front of you.
Oracle: Although everything looks so near and so convenient, be careful of your choices. Each will nourish you and fill you up to some extent, but some things are more nourishing or beneficial than others. Some things are downright bad for your health and should be avoided like the plague! However, we have a lot of free choice in our modern society; if you don’t like your first choice, you can go back for something else – that is, if you can afford it. This Symbol is telling you that you may not need the special a-la-carte options of life right now. There are plenty of things immediately available that will do just fine. In fact you probably don’t have the time or the opportunity to be too fussy. You may have to just take advantage of what is available. Take what you need, use it quickly and effectively so that you can clear those issues and get on with the more difficult situations later when there is time for more planning and patience.
Keywords: Overwhelming alternatives in modern society. Satiation. Everything provided for. Self-service. Issues of indulgence and one’s needs satisfied. Salivating over what’s on display. The incredible number of “choices” in a technological society. Too many choices (food, lovers, jobs, opportunities) – so little time. Instant gratification. Takeaway food. Buffet-style meals. Obesity. Chef’s surprises. The need to be discerning. Mechanized systems that don’t require much thought.
The Caution: Taking everything you can simply because it is available, regardless of needs. The inability to make life’s decisions. Things so near, yet so far. The inability to satisfy no matter how much one has. Feeling that one has to eat because it’s there. Indulgence beyond reason. Indigestion. Waste. Obsession with food. Using up people one by one.
The Karmic Condition of this solar eclipse is Gemini 19: IN A MUSEUM A LARGE ARCHAIC VOLUME REVEALS A TRADITIONAL WISDOM = learning from the past. Finding things out through the written word?
This Symbol speaks of knowledge and wisdom coming through from those who went before. In a progressive world we look so often for new ideas and new solutions and Traditional wisdom is nowadays often ignored. Many old traditions may no longer be relevant to the present but ‘Traditional Wisdom’ is something we can often benefit from. You may be experiencing intuitive wisdom outside of your own experience and potential. This wisdom is inherent in us all and needs merely to be tapped to be understood. Learn from the best of the past. The truths held there are worthy and valuable to you in the now.
Keywords: Reading and learning. Collective knowledge coming from ancient sources. Enormous potential to be tapped. The Akashic records. Astrology. The Bible. Learning from the victories and mistakes of the past. Old stories that come out of the past or are hard to forget. Shamanic knowledge. Learning from heritage. The roots of civilization. Books. Ancient sources of information. The mysteries. Being in the public domain.
The Caution: Not understanding wise messages or advice. Being caught up in accepting only what tradition dictates. Old fashioned rules of “the book”. Old and outdated laws.
The Quest Degree of this solar eclipse is Gemini 21: A TUMULTUOUS LABOR DEMONSTRATION
This Symbol shows a need to periodically stand up when things aren’t going well or when there’s a feeling of being taken advantage of. There are probably many others who are involved in or sympathetic to your situation. However, there may be a feeling of being alone and powerless, so it is important to find out what level of support you have. There are injustices around that need righting and a spontaneous group reaction may be what has to be done to wake up those in charge. Be wary that your emotions don’t take the better of you and that you don’t get into the habit of going off the rails in order to get what you want.
Keywords: Pushing for change to the status quo. Feeling hard done by or taken advantage of. Seeking a better share of the profits. Protest about having too much to do. Standing up for yourself. Issues being trivialized. Overreaction. Melodramatic approaches to serious issues. Voting for change. Periodic blowing up. The rights of democracy. People in the street. Peace rallies.
The Caution: Using the group to accomplish a personal agenda. Asking for more than one’s share, or not being able to ask for one’s share. Protests that can lead to riots. Resisting change. Feeling that one’s vote or voice doesn’t count. Emotions that get completely out of hand. Refusing to cooperate or to be productive. Brutality and violence.
Mercury, the ruler of this Gemini solar eclipse, is retrograde on Gemini 21: A TUMULTUOUS LABOR DEMONSTRATION (soon after the eclipse, Mercury will move back onto Gemini 20 – the Cafeteria degree)

Venus is on Cancer 10: A LARGE DIAMOND IN THE FIRST STAGES OF THE CUTTING PROCESS
This Symbol implies the beginning stages of things that are growing to become something wonderful, useful and worthwhile. Things are always growing and perfecting and it seems that your position is just beginning to take shape and the potential is enormous, but there needs to be care and accuracy taken or all the work to date could be lost or spoilt. This situation has taken a long time to develop and comes from a deep organic essence. Keep cutting away the unnecessary and the flawed and you’ll emerge with a wonderful gem as this Symbol implies riches and talent and beauty.
Keywords: Coming to terms with inner worth. Emerging perfection. Beauty that is still a bit “rough around the edges”. Naivety. Beauty that is within, even if it has flaws. Potential. Chopping and grinding away to get to the essential. Being almost, but not completely, perfect. Reserving judgment. Self-development courses. Knowing where to start or finish. Craftsmanship. Finding the best in everything.
The Caution: Leaving an important job unfinished. Seeing the flaws not the inherent beauty. Being afraid to take the first stab at something. Being overwhelmed by importance and value. Being overprotective or insecure. Not seeing the whole picture. Things unformed and incomplete. A “diamond in the rough”, someone lacking social polish.
Mars is on Cancer 30: A DAUGHTER OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION
This Symbol shows the ability or the need to stand up for an ideal or a situation that demands your involvement. This could be about political or social revolution, or fighting for changing the status quo. Relying on old traditions that were, in their day, radical and transforming, may no longer work. The difficulty is that these traditions are more predictable, conservative values that may no longer seem relevant to today’s needs and aspirations. Despite your inner feelings of modern freedom, you may come up against those that are more conservative and unmoving.
Keywords: Being bound by social conditioning OR leading the charge to break down the barriers of tradition. Putting in the time to change social conditions for the betterment of all. The feminist movement. Sacrificing personal conviction to ambition. Sacrificing philosophy to a relationship that builds the ego. Inherited values. Being the rebel in the family.
The Caution: Supporting battles that have already been fought. False feelings of superiority. Having to be “in the club” to be accepted. Narrow-minded conservatism. Glorifying the past. Relying on old traditions that were, in their day, radical and transforming. Rejecting one’s inheritance.
The Quest Degree of Mars is Leo 1: UNDER EMOTIONAL STRESS, BLOOD RUSHES TO A PERSON’S HEAD – Mars moves into Leo (and onto this degree) very soon after the eclipse.
This Symbol implies that emotions in the form of anger or passion can get in the way of rational responses and being able to move ahead purposefully. Sometimes it feels like almost nothing can be done; being immobilized with neither mental nor physical control. It won’t last forever; it will pass and resistance can just make some situations worse. The trick is to wait until all the available data comes through before making decisions or moves as premature reactions can lead to embarrassing back downs. Thinking things through when calm descends again will help sort things out.
Keywords: Ambition. Becoming fired-up. Charging off in all directions at once. Dizziness and disorientation. Nervous breakdowns. Not acting like one’s usual self. Events coming to a head. Feeling like one will explode at any moment. Too many obligations to live up to. Feeling incapable of action. Too much excitement to contain safely. Headaches. Blood pressure. Erections. Animal passions.
The Caution: Becoming ill through emotional suppression. Losing one’s cool. Going off the deep end. Lack of self-restraint. Taking things too seriously. Grumpiness and irritability. Not knowing how to act or respond. Difficulty containing emotional reactions. Unable to make accurate decisions due to irrational thoughts. Sunburn.
Jupiter (which is stationary and about to go retrograde on this degree) is on Pisces 3: A PETRIFIED FOREST, AN ETERNAL RECORD OF A LIFE LIVED LONG AGO
This Symbol shows the ability, or the need, to be respectful of the gifts that come out of the past. The “Petrified Forest” shows remnants of past civilizations; of what went before. History always has something amazing to teach us. You may need to retrieve, sort through, or go over records from the past. Do you look to things such as records, memories, art, literature, photographs, crystals etc? At times, you could be like a petrified forest; somewhat frozen in time and not knowing how to proceed. It may help if you get the “dead wood” out of your life; it can clog up your cupboards, relationships, emotional life, etc. Letting go of things clears the way for new growth on many levels. Be wary of throwing out things that are important.
Keywords: Remnants from the past. Stillness. Agelessness. Plastic surgery. Being able to withstand life’s storms. Resilience. Crystals, diamonds, gemstones. Beauty that remains ageless. Wood and lacquered wood. Coal, oil and petrochemicals. Diets. Dependability. Family histories. Keeping records. Amber. Fossils. Geology. Archeology. Ancient remnants. Mental and emotional filing cabinets. Lingering evidence. Petrified wood. Photographs and photography. Stones. Stone monuments. Diaries.
The Caution: Rigidity, immobility, inflexibility. Being frozen. Not letting go of difficulties. Hanging on for grim death. Feeling stuck. Destroying the old. Severing links to the past. Keeping tabs. Memories that destroy the present.
In the first few weeks of July, Jupiter will retrograde back over Pisces 2: A SQUIRREL HIDING FROM HUNTERS – this adds to the flavour of Neptune on Pisces 24: AN INHABITED ISLAND. We may feel the urge to get away from some people, in some cases, from ALL people.
This Symbol shows the need, or the ability, to be able to sense when to be moving and when to stop, when to be out in the world and when to be “Hiding” away. There can be a heightened sense of awareness or alertness, and, possibly, an ability to hear or perceive subtle things in the environment. At times in your life, there may be aggression in the air with you probably one of the smaller players. You may feel threatened sometimes; and this can come from out of the blue. Not watching the news and not listening to negative stories can be one way of “Hiding” away. To be cautious is wise, but hiding oneself away can lead to missed opportunities for nourishment. Be wary of being bullied or “holed-up”.
Keywords: Using tactics to ensure survival. ‘Hiding’ one’s self away. Not stepping out into the big wide world for fear of making the wrong move. Security systems. Caution and reserve. Using commonsense. Things or people that feel tiny, uncertain or insecure. Refuges and the need for them. Staying out of people’s way. Staying home. Locks and keys. Stockpiling for harder times.
The Caution: People picking on each other. Being bullied out of what you deserve. Giving those “out there” more power than they warrant. Not trusting life. Paranoia. Running away from things. Not wanting to go out and socialize. Truancy. Not speaking up for fear of being shot down. Threats of terrorism. Having to lie about one’s whereabouts. Not answering the door. Being caged in. Agoraphobia. Claustrophobia.
Retrograde Saturn is on Aquarius 14: A TRAIN ENTERING A TUNNEL – we may feel stymied in our ability to cut through extraneous detail towards our objectives.
This Symbol shows the ability, or the need, of being able to go straight ahead, towards your objectives without being distracted or lead off your path. The “Train Enters a Tunnel”, it is on one track that leads in a certain direction and it doesn’t deviate or stop to assess where it’s going; it simply keeps going straight ahead. You may need to cut through the obstacles in your life and go straight ahead, regardless of the unseen hazards you may encounter along the way. You have a great deal of drive and many others are likely to be with you, so plough on. Push through with what you need to do, making sure that you pay attention to other’s needs along the way.
Keywords: Deep penetration. Cutting through extraneous or stifling detail. Persistence. Shortcuts to a desired end. Heart bypasses—physical, emotional, spiritual, etc. Cutting to the chase. Going for the objective regardless of side issues. Working at getting something finished or done. Near-death experiences. The need for track maintenance. Dropping all distracting considerations. Fallopian tubes. Hurried sex.
The Caution: Being overcautious. Taking the long way around. Shortcuts that inhibit deep penetration. Cutting through the crap. Tunnel vision. Cutting people off. Not listening to others. Having a one-track mind that doesn’t allow for detours or deviations. Severe changes in pressure. Railroading and bulldozing.
Uranus is on Taurus 13: A PORTER CARRYING A MOUNTAIN OF HEAVY BAGGAGE
This Symbol implies someone who tends to carry the load for others. They often feel responsible for everyone and everything. The ‘porter’ will usually spring to attention when asked to help or to shoulder the burden of others luggage or baggage. In fact, you may be doing a lot to help others, but not getting much appreciation or thanks. Be wary that you are not just helping people to hang on to their extra ‘baggage’, through your desire to be useful and helpful. This can weigh them down when you are no longer available. Grinning and bearing the weight only works for so long before one tires of it.
Keywords: Self-reliance. Owning other people’s ‘garbage’. Shouldering baggage or weight. Being weighed-down. Feeling responsible for everything. Bad backs and posture. Carrying others. Counseling people, taking on their emotions. Bad backs, shoulders, knees, etc. Strain and wear. Bearing the family guilt. Luggage. Trolleys. Looking for tips.
The Caution: Being busy with other peoples’ problems. Unable to work for your own benefit. Carrying other peoples’ responsibilities. Being indispensable until the energy is all worn out. Not knowing when to say “no” to other’s demands. The burden of debts. Being useful but unimportant.
Neptune (which is stationary and about to go retrograde on this degree) is on Pisces 24: THE TINY ISLAND SEEMS LOST IN THE BROAD OCEAN, BUT ITS HAPPY INHABITANTS HAVE CREATED A GREAT WORLD ALL THEIR OWN
This Symbol shows the ability, or the need, to be able to live with others, to share the same space, to create a happy life. The people pictured in this Symbol all live together and have “Created a Great World All Their Own”. No matter how well people get along, people still have to compromise and give and take in order to sustain good community relations. Drawn together by similar hopes and ambitions it is ironic that sometimes compromise is the only way to successful coexistence. Making the most of what is available, even though it is restrictive, will help to dispel any feelings of being cutoff and isolated. Who are you comfortable sharing your space with? Who would you have sharing your desert island?
Keywords: Adaptability and cohabitation. People jammed in. Seeking others of like mind. Knowing a lot of people. Always considering others. Noise and light pollution. Feeling like new blood is needed in order to grow and flourish. Coexistence. Apartments. Living together. People moving in.
The Caution: Cutting off from those around. Not having enough privacy—or space. Things being kept too “all in the family”. No chance to be alone. Pollution and garbage. Crowding out people. Loneliness even amongst many. Being deserted and lost.
Retrograde Pluto is on Capricorn 27: A MOUNTAIN PILGRIMAGE
This Symbol shows the ability to, or the need for, being able to climb high, to rise to occasions, perform well, have a mission and, probably most importantly, to embark on spiritual journeys. Many people travel, but more often than not it implies a spiritual striving; an ascent in consciousness and the ability to transcend earthier, immediate matters. There is always the desire, or the need, to strive further, to learn more on the path to understanding and transcendence. You may desire to follow those that have gone before you to achieve a true sense of inner fulfillment. Work towards your own ‘mountain top’. The effort may be great, but so are the rewards.
Keywords: Ascent in consciousness. Spiritual, material, corporate or political striving. Having an entourage of people (or wanting one). Aloneness and separation. Setting off to somewhere else. Going on a mission. Finding one’s spiritual grounding. Getting back to the purer elements of life. Ambitions to get to the top. Wanting the highest office in the land.
The Caution: High moral stands with no depth of feeling. Feeling “high above” others. Feelings of being, or acting like, an ascended being. Haughtiness. Intellectual snobbery. People scrambling for the top. The “tall poppy” syndrome. Ambitions that know no bounds. People ridiculing others for their lesser position. Spiritual or corporate struggling for position.
Chiron is on Aries 13: A BOMB WHICH FAILED TO EXPLODE IS NOW SAFELY HIDDEN FROM DISCOVERY
This Symbol shows that often in one’s life explosive elements need discharging. Pressure cooker energy needs to be released, but it often needs to be done slowly and carefully. By keeping a sense of control, one can handle wild situations, elements or people without things getting out of hand. Be an example to others of how calmness and quiet can take the charge out of things. Take whatever opportunities you can to defuse elements as an explosion often damages more than is expected.
Keywords: Pressure valves. Getting away with something. Tantrums and frustration. Tempers that simmer. Explosive behavior. Bombs, explosions. Sudden and forceful events. Intelligence organizations, CIA, FBI, ASIO, etc. Valuable lessons of self-restraint. Relief from problems. Discharging nervous energy. Security checks. Last minute escapes.
The Caution: Suppressing stress or illness. Doing inappropriate things and thinking the secret safe. Repressing emotions. Undefined anger. Pressure cooker energy that needs to be released slowly. Explosions damaging more than expected. Activists. Deception behind one’s back. Clash of ideals. Terrorism.
The Moon’s north node is on Gemini 11: NEWLY OPENED LANDS OFFER THE PIONEER NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPERIENCE
This Symbol shows that there’s a need to break away from old familiar ground and move out into unknown territory. Fear is the greatest barrier to moving forward, but the familiar must be left behind for new possibilities. Taking opportunities to move on to new realms of being can lead to a whole new experience or indeed a whole new life. You have to be prepared to leave the old behind and to step out into new experiences with an open heart and an open mind. You could be starting from scratch with little to support you, but you could find depths of experience you never thought possible.
Keywords: Pioneering attitudes bringing rewards. Going off the beaten track. Coming up with new ideas. New spiritual realizations opening up vistas of hope and experiences. Opportunities to move on to new realms. Adjusting to new places. The Promised Lands. Being prepared to take risks. Moving out. New time zones. Foreign customs and languages.
The Caution: Clinging to the old and familiar when it is outworn and boring. Restricting growth and change. Not moving on. Invading other people’s space. Claiming what’s rightfully someone else’s. Hanging on when it’s time to let go. Running off to avoid involvement or responsibilities.
In mid July, the Moon’s north node will move onto Gemini 10: AN AIRPLANE DIVES TOWARD THE EARTH AS THOUGH FALLING –
This situation implies an ability to be able to play with and defy gravity while maintaining a sense of being in control and able to pull out of difficult situations. Your situation may seem to be heading for disaster, but perhaps you can still be in control, and, at the right moment, you’ll be able to pull out of the nosedive and save the day. The question is: do you really always have an adequate grip on the controls? Are you, or is someone else, actively working against people’s best interests? Imagine yourself regaining control, physical, mentally, emotional or spiritually and pull yourself out of the nose dive and you’ll become stronger and will enjoy the experience at the same time.
Keywords: Plunging into situations without considering the ramifications. Becoming conscious of what’s happening. Being protected (and saved) at the last moment. Defying gravity. Facing consequences. Dangerous displays. Hitting the ground running. The art of smooth sailing. Daredevil stunts.
The Caution: Refusing to help yourself even when disaster is imminent. Free falls and defying the consequences. Shakeups. Things getting completely out of control. Overshooting the mark by aiming too high. Turbulence. Reckless behavior. Neglect of physical realities. Freaking out at crucial moments.
The Moon’s south node is on Sagittarius 11: IN THE LEFT SECTION OF AN ARCHAIC TEMPLE, A LAMP BURNS IN A CONTAINER SHAPED LIKE A HUMAN BODY
This Symbol implies the need or the necessity of seeing the body as being ones “Temple”; something to be honored and given respect, exercise and good nutrition. It also pictures the need for linking the spirit and the body. Logic is not always involved in this equation – this mostly speaks of emotions, spirit and physicality. Sometimes we need to remember to be ‘in our bodies’ and this shows the rewards that can come from regarding our body as our temple. However, if taken too seriously, one can forget to nourish their minds, preferring to concentrate on physical attributes and forgetting about other possibilities.
Keywords: Connecting the left and right sides. Working out, physical fitness and exercise. Yoga. Grounding reality. Sexuality. Realizing that body is the same as spirit. Remembering to be in the body. Light workers. The acceptance of the body and its functions. Sport and its physical rewards. Metabolic rates. Oil burners. Gas lamps. Aladdin’s lamp.
The Caution: Worshiping the body at the expense of the intellect, psyche or spirit. Concentrating exclusively on physical desires and needs. Needing actual physical evidence to accept anything. Being caught up in the illusion of the body, the “physical self”.
