Cracking And Releasing The Old Codes: The Sun, Chiron And The Moon’s South Node On Pisces 22

Today, and for the next few days, we are being handed an enormous opportunity to observe our lives, our stories, our ‘wounds’, even the belief systems and ‘laws’ that can keep us feeling rigid and toeing the line. A new sense of freedom can be found from examining The Stories That We Tell Ourselves (through the agency of Chiron). What stories are you embracing that are perhaps no longer useful, not really yours, drawn from past times or past lives, outdated and outmoded, self-defeating or self-denying?

What can you do to change these?

Also, do you feel that society is impinging on our freedoms now more than ever? Can you feel the heat of those laws as they have us looking over our shoulders again and again to see what might happen next?

Making a decision to instill some new ‘laws’, some new ideas, some new dreams into your life can work wonders now. And the results can appear in next to no time. What new law are you putting into place, or need to?

Commentary: ‘A Prophet Bringing Down the New Law From The Mountain’ pictures revelations concerning spirit and truth being delivered through the agency of a single individual, the ‘Prophet’. This message, this ‘New Law’ can be “brought down” orally or in written form in order to be given to the people. ‘Laws’ relate to the culture of the time and will vary as technology and society changes, but the ‘Prophet’ is able to manifest ‘Laws’ that will apply not just for his time, but also for times to come.

Oracle: There is a ‘New Law’ being brought ‘Down From the Mountain’ and it is important to make it manifest and integrated into everyday existence. This Symbol can show people watching and waiting for what someone has to say, as if it will change their lives in some way. However, in this day and age it is important not to take what people say as “gospel” without considering your own beliefs and thoughts and whether these ‘New Laws’ ring true to your inner being. Beliefs are something that can bring people together, but they can also just as easily tear people apart. Being asked, or forced, to take on new beliefs or codes of living or being can be confronting. This Symbol can also indicate things being acted out in “biblical proportions”, with huge fanfare and importance placed on them, and this may be a good thing, but only you will know whether these apply to you in your life. Misuse of messages for the personal gain of the one who’s seen as the ‘Prophet’ can lead to alienation and a loss of faith. Although the principles of ‘Law’ may stay the same, it is the specifics that must vary in order to accommodate the changing perceptions of the times. It is wonderful if the message resonates with you, but if it doesn’t you should be able to choose another code for living.

Commentary: A ‘Royal Coat of Arms Enriched With Precious Stones’ is shown. The term

a ‘Coat of Arms’, refers to the custom originating in the 11th to 15th centuries, in England, of knights displaying their ‘Arms’ on a tunic or coat worn over armor for identification. Royalty bestowed the ‘Royal Coats of Arms’. The design of individual ‘Coats of Arms’ varies, but all include things such as animals, words, and colors. Along with people, towns, regions and countries can have ‘Coats of Arms’.

Oracle: There is a strong connection to heritage, one’s lineage and ancestors. This can give rise to feelings or pride and honor. There are things to stand up for and to represent. Being true to your heritage or beliefs will empower you with strength and stability. There can be the appearance, or the impression of, wealth, no matter what the actual financial status. There is a need to project a sense of nobility of character, pride and confidence as adopting these strengths will see you through this situation. Sometimes someone believes that they’re “above” everyone else and they lord it over others believing they have a “god given right” to be in charge, bully or call the shots. In situations of trouble, difficulty or betrayal (in fact any challenging emotion), falling back on a belief of your own ‘”royalty”, combined with a good sense of self worth and who you are will help you get through with grace and without incurring bad blood or enemies or letting yourself down. Displaying markings of noble status and bearing, even if this is just in your behavior, can lead others to see and believe in your beauty, talent and worth.

Jupiter is on a degree that will help us to see into situations, people, realizations, the lot. Jupiter is telling us to listen to our impressions, to listen to our intuition, to tune into the messages that we are receiving.

Commentary: ‘Two Girls Playing With a Ouija Board’. The ‘Girls’ are curious to see what will happen if they contact spirits on the “other side”. Indeed, it is said that it was ‘Two Girls’ who popularized the Ouija Board in 1848. They were sisters from Hydesville, New York. They became instant celebrities and sparked a national obsession that spread all across the United States and Europe, signaling the birth of modern spiritualism.

Oracle: Here, the ‘Two Girls’ shows that there may be a need to share your thoughts, explorations, dreams and ideas with another. They are ‘Playing With a Ouija Board’—there is a desire to contact a deeper wisdom, possibly by the use of some kind of divination tool. You may need some form of assistance to help you focus on any messages that are coming through. This “tool” can be many things; a Ouija board, the Sabian Symbols, the I Ching, the tarot, etc. Wisdom and knowledge may come with time, serious intent and effort. At first, there may be rather youthful and naïve attempts to discover the deeper meaning of life. Things may become a little strange; there can be little control over what is coming through from “the other side”. You may have to just sit and observe. Sometimes there’s a need to explore these realms with others and there is often something scary about them. What is likely to happen if you leave yourself open and vulnerable? This Symbol can suggest the need to be with someone who shares the same beliefs and interests in life, and to have the curiosity to find out things that may not be immediately apparent. If someone you are in partnership with is reluctant to see things from a similar spiritual or esoteric perspective as you, you might find the relationship breaking down. So, the message here includes dropping the old ‘laws’, making new ones that better reflect our inner being, remembering our sense of self (our ‘royalty’) and tuning into our intuition, our psychic self in order to pick up on what is right for us in the here and now – at this period in our life.

This Symbol shows the ability, or the necessity, of growing, expanding, escaping restrictions and evolving into a more expansive sense of self with bigger and better potentials. At times in your life, often crossroads or major turning points, you are likely to be able to realize many of your latent, but promising, potentials. Like an awakening, you are suddenly able to do something that truly reflects you and who you strive to be. This emergence builds for some time; a metamorphosis takes place. Ensure that you take a moment to adjust to new developments before taking flight.

The Caution: Failing to allow for changes. Feeling like one will never “arrive”. Too much containment and confinement. Unable to move. Being tied to the past. Straitjackets.
